Viva Las Vegas

We arrived in Las Vegas Saturday afternoon and just hung out in the Condo. It felt so good to have all this room we did not want to leave. We both took long hot showers and relaxed in the air conditioning.
After boon docking for two weeks and conserving water the long hot showers were great. Without an oven in the motor home good home cooking is difficult so we went to Walmart on Sunday and did some shopping and sightseeing. Lynn made us a meatloaf dinner on Sunday and a Roast pork dinner tonight, boy were they ever good. Both Sunday and Monday we hung out at the pool and the Casino in the afternoon, it has been in the high eighties. Tonight we took the shuttle down to the Strip and did some sightseeing. The bright lights and fountains are beautiful and the stores and casinos are interesting places to watch people. We played a few slot machines without any luck. It's nice to be out of the motor home for awhile and living indoors. I have attached a few picture of the condo we actually have two one bedroom units that are connected. We thought we were going to have guest but that did not work out, oh well when this one gets dirty we can move into the other one. We will be here until next Saturday and then off to the Grand Canyon. It is supposed to cool off this week into the seventies, that will be nice. We have scheduled some shows and some sightseeing for the week. See ya next time
