Merry Christmas

Today is December 22nd and I have my shopping done but I need to wrap everything yet. Christmas Eve will be spent with my wife's family at her sisters home. Christmas day will be spent with my wife's children at our house. New Years weekend will be Christmas with my kids at our house.

My wife is not real excited about missing Christmas with the family next year do to our eight month RV trip.
We are flying to Mission Texas January 10th for six weeks to visit my father. He lives in a 55+ park and this will give us a taste of being a snowbird before next year. We can't wait to get out of the snow.

I will try and blog from Texas and let you all know what we are up too.

Our Grand Adventure

This is my first blog and I am going to post our RV travels across America. We plan to start an eight month trip in August of 2011. We plan to travel west from Michigan and see as many National parks as we can. We will let the weather push us south to spend the winter on the Gulf coast. I plan to post once a week so our friends and family can follow our Adventure. We plan to travel in our motor home pulling our PT Cruiser.  If you click on the pictures they will enlarge.
